I use this product all the time with my dogs and clients’ pets. The caps are nice and snug and require a firm turn often to open. The customer service is wonderful and they really aim to please. I have a leash that got mangled and they offered to replace it (maybe I will remember to send it one of these days).

I LOVE the snout roller! It's an excellent slow feeder if your pup is a scarfer. I also really appreciate that it's a toy you can scale difficulty with! I hate spending over $20 to buy a new puzzle or toy for my pup and she solves it within a couple minutes. Being able to add the rings for difficulty is a game changer! I am also a pet professional, and I have many clients who use these and love them.

I purchased this product about a year ago and, unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. Each time I offer it to any of my dogs—even the one who is typically gentle with toys and food puzzles—one of the ends comes off within 1-2 minutes, causing all the food to spill out. Despite my efforts to securely attach the ends, they do not hold up to rolling on the floor. As a result, this product has been quite disappointing for me.
